email error

I have left Rogers but I still get mail says FAILURE NOTICE ........... MYNAME@ROGERS.BLACKBERRY.NET to my phone when i send current emails. I don't know where to go to cancel it.

As you recently Changed your Service Provider , try this KB and see if you're missing something :


KB03889 Changing the service provider or network


Also do you still have that Roger email account in your device , Please note that a Hosted email account previously used on the former carrier partner's network will not be transferable.
