First off, depending on how your BB was removed from BES, the on-board IT Policy may or may not have been properly cleansed. If you are not 100% sure that it was, then I recommend the following steps:
1) Conduct a full backup to your PC, using the steps outlined in the auto-sig section of this post
2) Conduct a ResetToFactory via the Desktop Software:
3) Register HRT
4) Delete and Resend Service Books
5) Batt Pull Reboot
Now check if you have other than Enterprise offered in the setup wizard. You do not want to be using the Enterprise setup at all...rather, if things are correct, you also should be offered "Personal" or "Internet" email options, in addition to "Enterprise".
If all is OK, then you can proceed to configure your emails, and restore your BB from the backup you took...but, be careful to NOT DO a wholesale restore (or you will simply put back the IT Policy). Rather, do a selective restore and restore only those databases you require, avoiding any that have to do with IT Policy.
If, on the other hand, you still are only offered Enterprise (and/or the steps above for HRT and Service Books did not properly complete), then you need to work with your mobile service provider to get your BB fully functioning on their network.
