email set up

hi

 

i have just set up my new torch 9860 but when i try to go into email account within set up it just freezes my device.

and if i try go into it through option it says'contact your wireless provider' yet my phone is connected to my wireless router already!!

 

any advice anyone please??

Hello,

By "wireless provider", it means your mobile network provider (O2)...contact them.
