email set up

pls help. i can't set up my email (Outlook Web Access), error - "cannot log in. Verify your email address, user name and password. If the error persists, contact teleperformance.com". I have verified all my details and they are 100% correct.

Sometimes OWA can sometimes be tricky to configure...refer:

  • KB03133 How to integrate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address on BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB04804 Error message appears when attempting to integrate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2010 account
  • KB02858 Unable to integrate a Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address with a BlackBerry Internet Service account
  • KB18567 BlackBerry Internet Service cannot connect to a Microsoft Outlook Web Access account using Microsoft Exchange 2007 or Microsoft Exchange 2010
  • KB23361 Microsoft Outlook Web Access authentication methods supported by BlackBerry Internet Service

 

 

See if anything in there is useful.

 

I also cannot tell which method you have attempted...so here are those that I know of:

  1. The on-device email setup app
  2. Via the BB Browser, www.blackberry.com/integrate
  3. Via PC/Browser, your carriers BIS website (if they have one...you have to ask them)
  4. By ringing up your carrier and asking them to configure it for you (this is risky as it means divulging your email credentials to someone else)
