After a factory reset of my torch 9800 and upgrade i have this problem trying to set up the email configuration app.
I go to settings, config, e-mail.
the botton do not work simply do not do nothing, and i can not configure, add, change or see my e-mails configuration.
Nevertheless my e-mails work and i can send and receive e-mails on the 2 configured accounts.
I am using BB OS 6.0 bulid 2949.
Any idea beside new factory reset?

If you recently reset and updated your device then try those steps in the same sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Delete and Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Once those steps are performed succesfully try to access Email setup option. If proble persists then use your BlackBerry browser and browse to www.blackberry.com/integrate to add edit your email account , Or you can also visit your Carrier BIS site for this purpose .
If problem still persists then refer to this KB and follow the workaround available :
