when i first set up bbm it created an email addy @blackberry.net, i have forgot the password and it is not accepting the answer to security question, ive been looking for 3 hours n cant find where the inbox of my blackberry email is. can anyone help please cant access bbm or nothin

Yea, not a good idea to use those @yourcarrier.blackberry.net addresses, the only place to receive that mail is on your phone.
If the BlackBerry ID email address is a BlackBerry mail address (eg. <username>@tmo.blackberry.net), the BlackBerry ID password reset email will not be received on the BlackBerry smartphone. Since the BlackBerry mail address is not accessible from a computer, the steps outlined in KB28111 will need to be performed.
