Just added 2nd e-mail address and not able to receive them on my device albeit they show-up on my laptop. Provider is Verizon and they have checked everything and don't have answer. I am able to send from new address on device however.

There are a few possible reasons...you may need to look into them all:
Those are what I can quickly think of...please check them all out to be sure one (or more) is not causal.
Also, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
