Apart from email are you able to use other BlackBerry Data Services , Have you call your Carrier T-Mobile to know about the issue ?
Please try those steps in a same sequence and see if that helps :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Delete and Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Please note you must recieve those registration message , Or else you have to contact your Carrier for further help.
