Have you tried to contact your Carrier regading this issue ? What they say ?
Meanwhile try those steps in the same sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Delete and Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
I assume you already have an active BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on your account , which is needed for those services on your BlackBerry .

Carrier says your on your own I sent the register but did not get a response back. It's a9780 with 6 os. At this point I have nothing to loose if I wipe out the phone.
Well.. this is not we expect from our Carrier ! They had to provide support for anything related to BlackBerry services if you been paying for those BlackBerry services !
On your Homescreen Go to Manage Connection > Service Status > BlackBerry Internet Services = what is the status now ?
