enter button not working

i can scroll, press the menu key and still use every button except enter when i want to go into an application...it's really frustrating and i've taken out my sim card and battery twice already to restart my phone! if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

Hi aliajan,

 

Try to go through the following clean application load process:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320

Also make sure you test before restoring any backup.

If it still fails to resolve the issue you may need to contact your point of sale for replacement options.
