erased my contacts?

When I connected my blackberry to my computer I got a message that read Do you want to turn on Mass Storage Mode?

You might not be able to access some media files...
I clicked on "NO>
 
As a result my contacts file now reads "No Contacts"
 
Have I inadvertently erased all my contacts?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Not enabling Mass Storage Mode should have no effect on your contacts. Were any other options selected or deselected while your BlackBerry smartphone was connected to the computer? Can you please verify that there are no filters enabled by opening your Contacts, pressing the Menu key and choosing Filters. If any checkboxes are selected can you please uncheck them and check your contacts list again?
