error 10000

I got this error 10000 while purchasing an upgrade for my software.its already deducted from my account twice but I don't have the upgraded software..sheesh am sooo disappointed.anyone from blackberry can get me my software as I already paid for it.

Please re - confirm with your bank authority if amount has been deducted from your account, regarding his error while purchasing check this knowledge base :


KB24454 : "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry App World.
