error 545

this error code keeps coming up and its not letting me to do it thru my computer and the shop said they will charge me 30 pound to reset it. csn u do it from ur end if i giv numbers etc pls help

"our end"??? FYI...this is a user-to-user community, not a channel for any formal support from BlackBerry or anyone else.

 

Here is a KB that I think discusses your error code:

  • KB12077 "JVM error 545" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone

There are steps you can attempt to perform yourself, or you can pay the shop to do it for you.
