error 606 / 603

please help me.  

Im having trouble with error 606 and error 603

 

I tried hard reset, no luck

 

Phone does not want to reset in save mode

 

When I connect the phone to desktop manager to try and install OS, ... the phone is full and does not have enough (memory) to perform upgrade.

 

PLEASE HELP!

If your device is not detected by BlackBerry desktop software please follow this KB to update your device software :

 

KB10144 How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader.
