error ID : 40820

Unable to update or download from app world error I'd 40820 also cannot start blackberry protect unable to connect . Checked all KB solutions r correct settings on mobile device 8520 as well as service book deleted and resent top of list now . Also deleted app world and reinstalled . Also escalated pproblem with service provider a week ago . Pls ADVISE .

Yes thanks , I checked prev posts of ppl wu experienced same error . I pretty much think its gona have 2b a total new software installed , myt b a uncaught exception index error that causing the problem but not showing . Tanx
