Hi when I receive emails on my blackberry I get the message above. I saw that someone else had the same problem and someone on the forum had posted a link with more info on this but the link doesn't work. Please could someone help. Thanks so much, Davina

Are you currently setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server? If not, what type of email account is setup on the BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone? Also is this affecting multiple email messages or just one?
