error message

Hello together,

Trying to connect my blackberry curve 8520 with a wifi in a hotel, I always get the error message N4100. I am able to connect to the wifi with an iPad. Using identical connection dater and password. Can you help me please?

Apologies for the delayed reply...hopefully you already got this solved, but just in case...

Using "N4100", I find no results in the public KBs. Is there more to the error message perhaps? The exact and complete content of error messages is always more helpful than bits and pieces. Also, at exactly what step in the configuration process does this preset? From what you've said, I cannot tell.
