Searching for answers to help you depends on good search criteria...from "bb protect unavailable", I don't find anything useful. Can you perhaps provide the exact and complete error message? Better still, you can search for yourself:
Are your other BB-proprietary apps working OK? Email? BBM? etc? If not, then you'd likely want to contact your mobile service provider to see why this new device cannot access the services you pay them for.
