error msg

my phone wont allow me to access my emails, sms msg's or blackberry messenger. the error message is:

 

uncaught exception: DSSMA: invalid state(5): 3

 

can anyone help me??

That worked a treat cheers. I'd tried turning it off and on which didnt work but never thought of removing the battery.

Hi again Geordie_1984,

 

Turning off the BlackBerry will not restart the phone. You can also restart the BlackBerry without pulling the battery by holding alt + Right Shift + delete. Wait for 5 second until your screen will turn off.
