error : there was an error with your credit card authentication

I have tried to download IM+pro so i clicked on the price to pay and then download it.Input all my particulars and credit info etc. but BB App says there was error authenticating my credit card so i tried again up to 4 times. I checked my bank acc the next day, it has deducted 4 times from it! So it says there PRE-AUTH debit so I guess they will refund it back. But it has been almost 3 days now and i still havent received the refunds yet. 


Eventually I had bought the licence key and downloaded via IM+ wap website and paid via paypal. Please resolve this issue. I tried getting help from customer support but there is not a single email address to be found and NOTHING in the support site helps for financial matters such as this. Take my money atleast have the decency to help solve the issue.
