while trying to sync contacts with my Z10 to my Outlook 2013 i get the following error.
"An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device database record."
has anyone else seen this problem? an luck resolving it?

I am having the same problem and haven't figured out how to fix this yet. It is realy annoying because I chose this phone so I could use the calendar and contact functionality.

I am having the same exact problem. It has been escalated at Blackberry. As soon as it is resolved I will post something. Please note BB's time is almost over with me for this is not the only issue. This the latest and I don't have time to work on it.
