I installed the new blackberry app yest and set up the log in details required and now everytime i try to log in its saying it cannot connect to app world spoke to t mobile and all they said is its a problem with blacknerry and theres nothing they can do!!!!!!!!!

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you will need to contact your carrier again -- there is more that they can do...specifically, they can escalate your case into RIM for resolution. That cannot happen here.
