facebook application

I've installed the facebook for blackberrry application, but the "F" facebook icon does not display with all my other icons. I tried taking out the battery and starting up again. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. I tried the "Show All" option for icons.

What am I doing wrong? I've successfully downloaded apps for google, washington post, etc., and their icons show up automatically.
