my facebook chat on my blackberry doesnt work. ive researched a lot of stuff and have done numerous things to fix it, but it still doesnt work. ive already deleted and reinstalled it. i have cleared my cache, logged out, restarted my phone and logged back in and it worked! but it only worked for a little while until it stopped working. after googling this problem, i found out that this problem has been up since last year and that its a miscommunication, but it must be fixed by now. is there something else oother than downloading another app to fix it, that i can do?

What software version is your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 smartphone running?
Are you using Wi-Fi or the mobile network when you get the 503 error?
