Im suffring from 9900 ... always it show that there is signal but the truth there is no signal.... many people had the same problem ... i had change my smartphone 8 time ... but its same ... now im using new 9810 and it the same .... i figure that it the Os 7 problem not the phone ... because my sister has 9800 with OS 6 without any problem ... the problem in all blackberry models which use OS 7.... we are spending a lot of money with out a point we need a solution for this problem

Sorry your suffering maybe we can get you some actual data on the problem and we can address it. I suggest running the Mobile diagnostic and retain the log generated at least once a day to judge performance.
Well at least the tests will help take your mind of your suffering.!
