faulty download?

my daughter has blackberry curve 9320..

she recently downloaded an update for blackberry protect and now half the keys on keypad dont work...

 

ive taken it to Vodaphone stores as its only 7 months old and was told to contact blackberry directly- but websites not excatly hepful on faults and number to call...

 

any advice??

Hopefully, this information will be of use to you...and perhaps guide you given what Vodaphone told you (rather outrageous of a thing for them to say to their customer, IMHO).

 

So have you done the obvious? Removed the Protect App to see if things return to normal?
