Hello I want to ask, how to get new bb I'd ? Please help

Depending on your circumstances, you may not need a new BB ID...you may simply need to recover your password from your existing one:

  • KB28685 How to reset the BlackBerry ID password using the password recovery question
  • KB25386 Unable to reset the BlackBerry ID password from the link in the BlackBerry ID password change email
  • KB26361 How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password
  • KB28232 BlackBerry ID reset email is not being delivered to the associated mailbox
  • KB28111 Unable to reset BlackBerry ID password when using a BlackBerry hosted email address

 

 

But, if you really want to abandon your current BB ID and create a new one:

  • KB26694 How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or BlackBerry smartphone
