Would someone be kind enough to assit in the above problem. I forgot the password and even if I try to answer the Security question with the only 3 possible answers I would have I cannot log in and soon I am locked out. How do I change my password without knowing the correct answer to the security question. I am either told that my Username is already in use or wrong password/answer to Security Question. At wits end. Please help. I saw a link earlier on which when opened said it was no longer available.

hello my friend I'm not sure if you can delete the current one,not to sure maybe someone else can assist on here!
But if you need to create a new ID make sure you click link below
Make sure you use a new "EMAIL" do not lose the password or security answer for the question you set up!

Hi Rob you are a Star! I entered a new e-mail address and re-did the ID and all is fine. Many thanks for your assistance. Enjoy the weekend.
Now I can see if I can cure my Z10 problem where the e-mails are received and a few minutes later deleted on its own.

Hi Rob, no they just disappear completely, even if you respond the sent items disappear from my sent box. Lucky I pick them up on my PC. Someone said it might be because I am on Pop3 server. The Vodashop, MTN outlets who market the product cannot help me at the moment as they say the product has just hit the market and they must still receive training.
