freezing apps

my pearl 9100 with latest os keeps freezing up on me like for any app texting or bmm not just one app im tryed doing the battery fix etc i want to leave restore as a last resort

from time to time i will get a screen that says memory low and well i bearly have any apps on it yet the space remaining is low ive removed any un needed apps and well my media card is bearly full but its the phones memory itself saying low and is posibly causing it to freeze its getting annoying it unfreezes bout a min or two later but its really annoying any help?

not like i can go to my company and get it fixed its an unlocked phone so no warnety
