My Device: blackberry curve 9360
My Carrier: t-mobile

freezing, email issues etc

My BRAND NEW blackberry 9360 has soo many problems already. My phone froze very very often when I first bought it, until I deleted a lot of the apps taking up a lot of space. Even after this, my phone still freezes quite often.

Apart from this, I set up a 'hotmail' account on my blackberry but everything including bbm messages and my hotmail messages all come up in the general message box on my home page.

How can I separate all of these things or atleast just separate my personal emails from the message box?

HELP?!
