With no means to contact BlackBerry staff, I have resorted to this
I have recently transferred my blackberry and phone number to a personal contract
My blackberry ID was set up my my company IT staff who can no longer provide/remember the password or answer to ID verification question
So how do reset????

If the BlackBerry ID account was not confirmed when it was setup it is required to answer the password recovery question as part of the password reset process.
If you do not know the answer to the recovery question the next steps would be:
1. Setup a new BlackBerry ID, See here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB24062
2. Backup the BlackBerry smartphone, See here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB12487
3. Change the BlackBerry ID on the BlackBerry smartphone, See here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB26694
4. Restore the data to the BlackBerry smartphone.
