had to re-instal...

(Removed personal information) I had to re-install all of my apps. My paypal account is no longer active so I can't get my license key via My App World on my Blackberry. Please send me a link to download the app + my license key. Thank you. Also, the Contact Blackberry Technical Support form at https://www.blackberry.com/CSOHelp/processStep2.do is broken - it does not accept my blackberry PIN when submitting a ticket under Blackberry App World Licensing Issues.

Hi there!

In order for your request to be submitted into RIM, the website you already tried is the necessary path -- but, since it is rejecting your PIN, there is another prerequesite step that we must take. But, to accomplish that, we need to send you additional information that cannot be posted publicly. To do that, please come to:


and register an account. Then post into this thread:

with your forum user ID...at which point we will send you a message with the appropriate instructions. Sorry that it's been so difficult...RIM assures us that they are working on the problems...and you are not alone -- my PIN as well is rejected by those web forms.

Any chance you can try to help move this along. Leaving the country for month in the next 36 hours and I'd like to have the apps on here and the issues resolved with my missing license keys.

Sadly, the form that is rejecting your PIN is the CS path for AppWorld. I'll see if I can ping anyone...but with just 36 hours, I'm frankly not hopeful. But one never knows.
