handandgo ringtones

So I purchased ringtones for $20 and have spent over 4 hours trying to get them on my phone.  they are downloaded on my computer and i can open and hear them from my computer but when i go into desktop manager there are now where to be found.  i did notice that when they opened via my regular computer they appeared to be mp3 files.  i am incredibly frustrated if you can't tell and of course handandgo wants $6 bucks an hour to help me.

Re: handandgo ringtones

You do have a Media Card in your BlackBerry?

Disconnect your BlackBerry from the USB cable.

Go to Options > Media Card and enable Mass Storage on your BlackBerry.

Reconnect, and IF the PC asks again if you want to enable Mass Storage, yes. The on your PC go to My Computer > look for a removable drive down under the "c:" drive (maybe e: or fSmiley Happy and open that and move the mp3 files from your PC to the BB.
