i have blackberry 9220 curve having under warranty and its restarting and hanging in every 2 min i. I have submitted the handset to service centre in good condition in gandhidham avani electronics on 5th feb 2013 and still they are telling me it is under process of reparing,
so i humbly request to get my handset repaired back as soon as possible.

We are so sorry that you are having so many difficulties.
In regards to your hope that, by posting here, you are formally escalating your request -- these forums are a user-to-user support channel, not a user-to/from-BlackBerry (nor your service center, nor your carrier, nor anyone) formal conduit. As such, it is unlikely that anyone who can do anything about your issue will see and act upon what you have written here.
Your escalation channel remains your service center...escalate through them, to higher and higher levels of their management.
