having problem opening a third party app

Hi , iam using blackberry bold 9700 OS 6.0
Experts please advice , I have Babylon transportation app Wich is a third party app , it was working fine but I don't know whay its not working now it always gives me the following message ”
- Access Denied :
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time . Please contact your service provider if you feel this incorrect.
Your cache administrator is webmaster .
What should I do ??

Try contacting your service provider like it says, if nobody else here got a better idea??
