i am afzal uddin .i am having blackberry bold 4 (9900)....... and its microphine is not working and the handset is stop working (hang) forcely its working 5 mins only in normal and stop working.........

.when i play music its running properly.....whats the problem please let me know

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.
