(help) BBM won,t work

I,ve just upgrading my os version. The process are successfull but after that I cannot use BBM like usual. I mean I can open it, set my profile etc. But I can't add bbm contact anymore, my friend too can't add my pin. It always says "Pending (awaiting for Authorization)".
What can I do now. I'm very frustated. I try to upgrade BBM to v.6.2 but still cannot fixed my problem.. I use Curve 8520

Are downgrading can fix my problem.? Or reset my device.
Please, need your respond.

have you tried several battery pulls ?
besides, for contact requests, you can delete them, do a battery pull, and try again.

that aside, are you or your friend able to send a PIN message? Does it work (on both directions)?

I know you just upgraded, but call the carrier and verify you have the correct blackberry data plan.  They can also resend your service books!

i've just fixed it.

i had try to resend the service book and try to pull out the batteries to an hour but didn't resolve.


so i downgrading to V.4.6 and install BBM v 5.

and reboot my device and done.
