help !! BIS email setup

Dear all,

I activated the BIS email before, but I changed the SIM card and I have been asked for the BB user name and password, but eveytime I have a failed login,

When I chosed to resend the password I have a message that I will receive the passworf on my BB but I did not receive any massages

I tried also to create new account but I received an error from server

Hello,

 

You need to contact your carrier(s) for formal support. Access to BIS is set to each BB PIN, but is managed by each carrier. If that new SIM is from a different carrier, then you would need your old carrier to remove your BIS account (and release the PIN) before the new carrier can create a BIS account.
