help me please!!

I am having a big problem
I worked on my mobile BlackBerry 9790 ubbdate..


After led Alabdat to my mobile
after that my Mobile asked me tow hours of time to work ubdate
I accepted it
Mobile and left an one hour
Then stopped at 6%!!!!!!!!
And to now depends almost since the full hour is down 6%
so help me now 

what can i do !!!

Unplug your phone from your PC, shut down BlackBerry Desktop Software, plug your phone back in to your PC, open BDS again and wait for the software to tell you to reload your OS.  BDS will attempt to connect to your phone.  Once it sees that it can't, it will detect that you don't have a working OS on your phone and it will suggest installing it.  Agree to that and let it do its work.  All should be good after that.
