but is it possible to get it through my pin/ if i go to my nectwork provider

If you cant locate it using Blackberry Protect the retrieving the handset itself is going to be difficult. In the UK we could report it to the police and give the details for them to track, but for something as simple as just a mobile phone they probably wouldn't waste their time.

In the UK, we can report the loss/theft to our network provider who can place barring on the phone number/sim, pin number and IMEI number. This will just disable the device for being used on the network. In the long run could save you a large phone.
