help me pls...

Hi I would like to asked, I format all data in my BB 9860, my question is how can put my BBID torch 9860?. WHEN I OPEN BLACKBERRY ID ACCOUT: IT SAYS THAT " UNABLE TO UPDATE BLACKBERRY ID ACCOUNT INFORMATION" pls help me I'm just new in BB. I can't also download games in my app world because it says again " THE DATA SERVICE IS  NOT OPERATIONAL" pls guys help me to resolve this problem... Thank you!

No need to format or wipe your device , first can you confirm if you have a BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS from your Carrier ? If not then please call or contact then and activate BIS  on your account , it will resolve your issue and allow access to all BlackBerry applications.
