can anyone help me please,
my BBID keeps popping up evry so often and isnt accepting me email or password and i know they are correct... ive tried changing both bt keeps sayin 'use original' so i have been and not its everytime i try to access it its saying ive exceeded my attempts, so i cant update my apps.
ive tries restting it all and rebooting it several different ways, i dont wanna wipe and lose everything.
does anyone know any other ways?

Could you please provide the full error message you receive when signing in with your BlackBerry® ID? Were you able to login to your BlackBerry® ID to change the password from a computer?
