help on error message on desk top software

hello,

 

I keep getting an error message when i try and sync my memos on my phone to my laptop.

 

"it states the organizer application on my computer isnt supported"

 

please help

With only that limited information (e.g., no organizer app nor version, no version of the Desktop Software, etc.), all I can think to do is provide this:
