help with my curve 9320

Hi am wondering if a could have help I got the blackberry curve 9320 today and I have just looked at my memory it says I only have 95mb of internal memory I have deleted applications etc off of my device but its not giving me more memory I am just wanting to know how I can free up memory on my device if someone could help me would be appreciated cheers.

If you've deleted those apps, then now Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

 

You should see an increase in the memory space.

Hi I have tried that and its still not increasing my memory is there any other way or option to me to help free up space ?

Yes, you can perform a security wipe on the device which will refresh the device as to new.

And then, reenter your BlackBerryID, reconnect to your email accounts, and then load only the applications you need.

 

Do a backup of the device FIRST, using your BlackBerry Desktop Software.

 

Options > Security on the device.

 

Then, once back up and running, you can restore your contacts, calendar, and databases from the previous backup.
