I have stopped getting emails in my blacberry , though the messenger works...when i try to follow the email settings i get a message saying my pin is associated with another account..can anyone help me out this?? have given a complaint as well to the omanmobile blackberry service but they say its a technical problem, its been 5 days now , no solution..anyone would know what to do next ?

Quite complicated with further detail from you.. where you purchased, was it new or used?
How long did the email work properly for you, before this?
Is the PIN associated with an account on another service provider? If so, you will need to call THAT service provider and ask that the PIN be released for you. Explain that you purchased the device used.
