i smashed my iphone but didnt want to pay out my contract so i bought a sim card and put it in my boyfriends old blackberry and got it set up, but now i cant figure out how to setup my blackberry world account cause his is on there

You have to do a security wipe of the phone. On the homescreen follow Options>Device>Security>Security Wipe or Options>Security>Security Wipe, depending which OS the phone is running. Do that then sign in to the phone with your BlackBerry ID (or create one if you don't have one).
