help!

Hi,

 

I have a blackberry bold 9900 and I have a problem with using the desktop software.When I try to sync music the normal pop-up appears when it is synching but after it finishes appears Synchronization complete and under it appears:

 

"Blackberry desktop software did not synchronize song from your computer to your blackberry device."

 

Every other function of the desktop software works properly I can sync photos videos,update applications.Please someone help me with a decent answer I'm out of options.
