help

I'm a very new user to the cure. I have just started my set up and I have lost all sound. How do I get it back.

What sound are you reffering to?? If you are talking about the key tone sound..........Go to Options(little wrench) then Screen/Keyboard then scroll down to Key Tone and make sure it is on. Hope this helps. Dan

Thanks for you help. It's not only the the key board I have no ring or sound at all. Any more ideas.

When you go in to your media area and play a ring tone etc, where does the volume level show? does it show full volume up (bottom left hand corner) also what happens when you keep your finger on the volume up/down button do you see the volume setting go up and down?

 

Which model of curve do you have?

I have the 8300. It shows the volume as Loud. And yes the volume goes up and down.

Which profile do you have selected on the phone? and can you select another profile and test the sounds again?
