My bbm ran out last week, and a couple of days ago I topped up! But it hasn't taken my bbm money off so I can't use bbm. What do I do?

shannon, call your mobile provider (the company to which you "top up" or pay your money on your account.

It's very likely they have not re-enabled the BBM data.
