ive installed the new bbm n now my bbm just wont connect ive called m network and there not helping what do i do? ive restored my phone n even reinstalled bbm still nothing x

Are you getting a specific error message?  I don't know what you mean when you say it won't connect.

How did you restore your phone?  need some more details in order to assist.
